Can I still register an old Proseonus FireBox?

Hi!

A long time ago I've purchased a brand new FireBox.

And now I´m trying to register the product on My Account Page but it´s saying "Wrong Serialnumber"

Is that product deleted/outdated from your Products?

I'll be very thankful for your help.

I've forgot to mention that this serial numer is: FPT8080827.
