I connect my computer and sound card. and I open my computer.
In this time.maybe my computer have voice or not.
If it don't have voice, I disconnect the computer and voice card,after maybe 1 second,I connect it again.It will have a voice.
But if I open the other software or game.Maybe the voice will disappear.

In my opinion,It is my computer's jurisdiction make this mistake.The voice's jurisdiction is so low.But I don't sure.
