Mac OS X 10.7.5 Lion,  Stu.One Artist 1.6.4, Capture 1.1.112,  UC 3.5.5,  StuLive16.4.2  V 1.13  I thought I followed the support page instructions regarding UC downloading to update mixer software. But Studio One crashes.

This software forum indicates that you have only got 2 posts here...In order to speed the process (for you in particular) would you PLEASE go to your 'My Presonus' account and go to your MY hardware, and software account, and download and install the latest versions of all of these, if you have done this and STILL have an issue, please start a Tech Service Ticket, also available in your 'My Presonus' account!

This is a rather complicated issue that tech support will need to solve for you.

Would you mind submitting a technical support request on this as the tech support team will need to have you create some files so they can see what is going on under the hood of your computer preventing this.

Go to your user account, select Support, Select the button to submit a technical support request and input the information requested and the nature of the problem.
