Am I able to link Earmix 16m from nsb stage box 16.8 connected to mixer? Or do I need PoE switcher?

Yes, you can daisy chain NSBs and Earmixes. You will just need to use the power supply that comes with the EarMix. The technical limit is 7 "hops" in one daisy chain without exceeding the 2ms latency for AVB. From the mixer to the NSB would be Hop 1. From the NSB to the EarMix would be Hop 2, etc.
