I have an I8700k with 16 GB of ram and GTX 1070, yet while I'm play-backing what I just recorded (with no plugins, I use my pedals and amp) the recording audio cuts out due to performance issues... if I've built a beefy gaming computer that can withstand AAA games with no issues, with an overclockable CPU, and it cant run studio one, let me know.
Audio spasms do not happen while recording, but during playback.
