I am using ableton 9, audiobox usb, windows 10, toshiba satellite (laptop), AudioBox USB v1.3 - PC (driver)

I got a new laptop and the driver installation was successful. However, when I open ableton and try to set my audio device to the AudioBox I get a message that says that the device cannot be opened.
