Notion won't open scores on my iPad

hello, I am using Notion on an iPad Air. It is fairly old but up until now I've been using the app with no issues. Today when I tried to open my score, the app froze and wouldn't open it. I refreshed it and tried to open a different score, but the same thing happened. The other functions on the home screen work fine, it's only opening a score that freezes the app. I went to files and found the score I wanted so I could share it to another device and make sure I didn't lose it. Unfortunately it wouldn't download and I received a message telling me my device couldn't connect to the server...or something. I'm going to be honest and say I have no idea what that means. I also restarted my ipad and tried again, to no avail!

I'm not quite sure what is causing the issue. I did drop my ipad recently and it cracked the screen a bit, but I doubt that is the problem since all of my other apps are still functional. I'll try to get the screen fixed soon anyhow. Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated!

Try connecting your iPad to a desktop computer via iTunes and manually pull your file out.  Here is a link from Apple.

If you can't open the file, there is not a way to export it.  If you were not using iCloud support, it won't be backed up.  This would leave you with that one method of retrieving the file.

If you were using iCloud Support, see if you can set up iCloud Drive on a desktop and retrieve the file from there.  If you get the file, feel free to submit a support ticket with it, and PreSonus would be happy to assist.
