Question

My friend bought the 44VSL the same as mine, both with Studio One 3. When I installed it on his computer, his Guitar Rig 5 install off the enclosed DVD seems to have installed as a full version, because he has the Guitar Rig 5 INSERT available and mine doesn't. Why???

Upon registration of your AudioBox 44VSL, you were instantly granted a Studio One 3 license in your my.presonus.com account. However Studio One 3 Artist we no longer bundle Native Instruments Komplete with the program. We have additional content that we have created to include with Studio One 3.

The AudioBox VSL series still have Studio One 2 Artist discs in the box. Studio One 2 comes with Ni Komplete Players. You would have to have installed Komplete Players from the install disc for your Studio One 2 Artist install to have the Guitar Rig 5 show up as an insert in Studio One 3.

Please follow this tutorial on how to install the NI Komplete bundle content from Studio One 2 on your system. It will work for Studio One 3 once installed.
