Well first of all, I put in a technical support ticket and when I went to check on it, it was closed and there were no links or instructions that answered my questions. I am new to using this technical support from PreSonus, but that was a pretty worthless experience. Then, I put in this question to the forum and the only answer I got was a bogus link listed below (DON'T CLICK ON IT). For anyone who reads this, after talking to sweetwater the fix ended up being related to an activation code. Even though this was entered when I first installed it, the sounds would not link to Impact (even though I downloaded it) until the activation code was accessed and applied. Good luck to all. Hope I better experiences i the future with technical support from PreSonus.
