I currently have an AudioBox 44 VSL with Studio One 3 Artist and several soundset. I'd like to use Studio One 4.0 but I want to change my audio interface (a different brand than Presonus).

Do I need to buy a new version of Studio One 4.0 or I can upgrade from my current version? There's no limitation to Studio One due to the sound card when buy in a bundle?

Will I be able to use the soundset I buy in Studio One 4.0?

Thanks in advance, Christophe

There is no correlation between your audio interface and Studio One in terms of upgrading and / or licensing.

You can use what interface you want and upgrade your Studio One 3 to 4 without any trouble.

Why do you want a different interface if I may ask?

Presonus has the best "value-for-money" interfaces you can get your hands on, and if you're going to use Studio One, there is even bigger reasons to stick to a Presonus interface. They come in all shapes, sizes and prices, but they have one thing in common:

They are all great sounding, good quality interfaces, and work seamlessly with Studio One.

I want to use a different one because I've got some problem with mine and it doesn't correspond to the use that I have know.
