I have a Macbook Pro 2017 with two Thunderbolt 3 ports. I have an old Audiobox USB what doesn't connect when I use a USB-C converter. I'm wondering what new audio interface I can get that will be compatible with my Mac without any issues.

My budget is $600 at the highest. I also use Logic Pro X as my DAW

I think Studio C series is suit for you, 24C, 68C, or 1824C depends on how many Inputs do you need.
