Is there a way to extract multiple audio tracks from a video source?

For example, I've been using OBS to make video tutorials and they have a feature where you can have separate audio tracks so you can edit each audio source individually; however when I extract audio from the video I'm only able to access the first audio track but not the others. I'm not sure if Studio One has the feature or if I'm missing something but I am able to see those other tracks in Adobe Premiere.

I am running Windows 10 Pro 64bit using Studio One 4.5.2 (the latest version) I am using a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 interface as well.

Yes, awareness of more than one audio track would be good. Sometimes there are both pcm, dolby digital stereo, dolby 3/2/1, DTS etc.

So choice to select which one, or all.
