Question

My custom buttons in RC will not save. It will let me customize them but when I close the app and reopen they are gone.

iPad generation 6. OS 12.4.

I have an older iPad running OS 9.3.5. Works fine on it. I think it’s a 3 or 4.

I had the same problem on iPad4.  
Re-installing Remote app solved it.
