Studio 26C Does Not Install Driver Correctly

I just bought my Studio 26c interface. I installed UC v3.1.0.53214 (tried with previous ones too), but when opening UC it does not show the 26C, and the 26 keep the red led, already uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I am using W7 and already made the update.
