my loops are all gone. I have downloaded and installed presonus again and still no loops. please help.

I am having this issue as well. I have downloaded loops from the Presonus Shop Portal in Studio One however I was told there was an error (code 429) when trying to activate the licenses. The installers appear in my.presonus account for download, but nothing appears in Loops...
