Studio One 4 Artist crashes during start up

During the start up of the software, the program crashes to the desktop without error just when showing "starting the MIDI engine..."

Reinstalled the software, rebooted, updated firmware...

Using an AudioNox iOne

How did you resolve this?

I'm getting this happen on a Windows 10 machine running S1 Pro 5.02 and a Presonus Quantum
