U30I103421 is the numer on the back of my box
related to an answer for: My serial number does nothing.

Same problem too can't even create  a ticket. Off to a good start

Same problem. Can't register AudioBox USB 96. Serial number is invalid and cannot create a ticket. If I don't receive a prompt response from the Company I will be forced to bring it back.

need to find out can we fix this problem online, if we cannot have no other choice but to return product, good thing i have insurance.
