I purchased presonus audiobox usb 96 from a local music store yesterday and when I tried to register the serial number on it I received the warning saying my serial number is invalid, I tried it several times, I also tried to do it with mobile app by scanning the barcode, didn't work. The seria number is U30I102113. Thanks in advance.

Hei! I guess....your serial's number must be U30i.....

So go onto the PRODUCTS isle and click the yellow circle plus sign next to the blue re-load sign. Then click HARDWARE and put in the date and serial number (which is the number under the qv code). Hoped this helped!
