My StudioLive RM16 AI has just decided not to work - no lights at all, not detected by Universal Control. Is there a fuse that might need replacing?  I would prefer not to have to send the device for repair... I need it, urgently!

No, there is no fuse. What you could check is if the option card is sitting correctly (take it out, fix it again). A start without the option card might also be worth trying, but is not recommended (can be dangerous). You could also try a start without computer and network connection.

No lights at all does not sound good, therefore you should log a support ticket as fast as possible, so that Support can answer tomorrow.
