Hi All,

is it just me that cannot get the output channel strip to appear in the inspector. I use the inspector a lot and it's useful especially when you want to have a closer and more detailed look at what effects etc that you have on that channel. i tried to do that with The main output strip, but couldn't.

is it possible and if so what am I doing wrong. If not i'd like to make it a feature request and say I'm surprised it able to be done.

---- Update ----

MAKE MASTER STRIP AVAILABLE IN INSPECTOR

I've learnt since my original post that this cannot presently be achieved in Studio One as it wasn't part of the design perspective, which differentiates between 'Tracks' and 'Channels.' when tracks show up and channels do not .
Currently you cannot select the MASTER [Main Output} or any 'Sub Group/Cue Mix' and have them show up in the Inspector. Why I don't understand.

It makes perfect sense to me at least, for these channels to also be assessable via the Inspector. Why, for the exact same reasons as for 'Tracks.' It makes it so much easier to work with. Everything is clear, more visible. please make this a feature as it would certainly speed up my workflow.

Hi Andresgalvan,

Thanks for your input but my main request is for the MASTER Output Strip to appear in the inspector and it doesn't. All the Outputs actually do. Also none of the Inputs do either. Yes you are right they can be accessed as you described but not in the inspector. I find it helpful and easier to work on Channel Strips in the inspector due to the larger size.

Thanks though, I had forgotten that the sub-group outputs actually did appear in the inspector being more concerned with the MASTER Output.
