Question

Hi all,

I'm really not tech smart and need help. I have an Audiobox 1818vsl with Studio one 4, and an ART TubeOpto 8 external pre-amp system. I have the mics going into the TubeOpto 8, and the outputs of TubeOpto 8 going into Mic Inputs of 1818vsl. The audio device is set to Audiobox 1818vsl in the main menu. I go to create new song > interfaces > Audiobox 1818vsl. When I try to start recording in studio one there is no signal and it is not recording...what am I doing wrong? help!
