Question

Hi, hope one can help out. Just purchased S1 4 Pro and trying to download the add on plugins from the presonus page. But everytime I click on "download installer", nothing happens. No matter which Plugin I want to download: Klanghelm, Lexicon, Arturia...

Unfortunately this is correct. The plug-ins are hardware related, as it says on the intro page "Plug-in Suite for Select-PreSonus Hardware Products". If you own no PreSonus hardware (see qualified products), you can not use the Plug-in Suite.

Hey, thanks for answering. I can´t find anything about the necessity of hardware to download the Plugins AND I have an audiobox itwo registered to my account. I´m confused

AudioBox iTwo is indeed on the list of qualified products (interfaces), so as the text says,  you should see The Plug-in Suite in your account. If not, you need to contact Support and ask them to look into it.

Thanks again, but i see the plugin suite in my account, including serial nr. and the "download" button, but it just doesn´t work. Clicking the download button just doesn´t anything...  I´ve  already tried to create a "support ticket", and this doesn´t work as well. I´m filling out the sheet, click save and, surprise, nothing happens and no ticket is beeing created. Is there any other way to contact the support (i´m from germany). Or their site just not working properly at the moment?

Have you tried the MyPresonus apo for Android and iOS?

I often log tickets this way.
