when I go to configure audio device, my device doesn't show up, when I click on the drop down menu - it's not listed

Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable)

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

You must install the driver for your audio interface before you connect it to your computer. Check the audio interface manufacturer homepage for the current driver. S1 does nor "see" your audio interface when it is not "seen" be windows.
