I can click the buttons (play, stop, record) and the lights change but thats it!

iOS El Capitan, Studio One 3 PRO, Macbook Pro, 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7, no drivers installed except for the provided PreSonus drives.

ALL VSL drivers have been deleted, will create a support ticket based on your suggestion. Thanks!

Please provide more information.
What operating system are you using (which version of Windows or OSX)?
Which version of Studio One are you using?
Have you installed drivers? If so, which driver version did you install?

If you're not sure how to answer the aforementioned questions please create a support ticket from your user account at my.presonus.com under the "Support" section of your profile and let technical support know about the issues you're having.

The drivers + OSX 10.11 are the reason you're having trouble.

If you'd like to read the full explanation please see this link:

What you need to do is fully remove the VSL drivers. The head of QA/Testing has provided an in-depth guide to this process here:

If you're still having trouble after following this guide in full, please create a support ticket.
