Yes. I am. I have Artist 1 in my account, but cannot register Professional 4 mypresonus. It keeps asking for my prior software (artist) serial number, but provides nowhere to enter it. Trying it within the Pro 4.5 demo on my computer also does not work. It tells me to go to the website.

I had the same thing.  when your in the program and your at the window that opens for adding  product key.  If you look to the right of where you type you'll see a little arrow. click it and it it'll drop down to see your versions. Click on the professional version and it will autofill the product key.  At least thats what mine did.

if you checked the box that says your upgrading it wont go through you need to leave it unchecked.

When I go into the software and log in, I put my new serial number in. Then it says I need to put in the serial number of the software I'm upgrading. The artist version does not show up on the list. Probably because this a v4 software, and artist is v1 software. I copy and paste the Artist serial number from my my.presonus account into the correct location and try to activate. It then says "This upgrade needs to be processed on my.presonus.com." Then I go to my.presonus.com and click, "Register a Product." I enter the serial number. It says, "You need to supply the product key for the software you want to upgrade." But there is nowhere to enter the old product key. I thought it would find the Artist version automatically or have an option beside Artist to upgrade and enter my new upgrade serial number. In my account I have demo versions of various previous versions of Pro as well as a full version of Artist 1. When I purchased the upgrade, it said from "all versions of Artist." So, here I sit.

I am having somewhat of a similar issue, I received my box in the mail for upgrade from Artist 4.6 to Pro and everything installs great but when finished i cannot find the program. It keeps loading Artist. It is not giving me any warnings or telling me that i missed something.

It worked after i found this:

https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003304951--2c-Studio-One-4-Software-Install-Studio-One-4-PC-

[2c] Studio One 4 : Software Install Studio One 4 (PC)

*** IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please note the difference between downloading and installing a Studio One versions build and activating Studio One to unlock the core content that is included in a versions installed build. When you download and install Studio One from any source, you are installing the build of that version; 4.0, 4.0.1, 4.1.0, 4.2.3, 4.3.2, etc... In order to unlock the core content for your registered version; Demo, Artist, Professional, you must activate the installed build using the 28 digit product code or the offline 16 digit product key depending on your type of activation. The process of activation will then release the content for the registered version within Studio One once properly activated.

Was running into same issue (upgrading from Studio One 3 to 5) and figured it out just now. PreSonus really needs clearer instructions on their site.

To get it to work I had to: Go to https://my.presonus.com/ > Click on `Products` > Click on my registered Studio One > Click `Upgrade` button.

I had that problem too. but I could recover it by entering only the serial number of the purchased one.

You have to locate your previous version on your my.presonus.com products page. There will be a small hyperlink that says "upgrade," then after you click that, instead of filling out the billing info, you'll notice at bottom it says "already have a product key? enter it here." and enter it there.
