Question

I just bought and installed Classical Guitar Expansion.  After installation there exist a file "C:\Program Files\Notion 5\Sounds\Expansion\Classical Guitar Expansion.prox".  But when I try to select Classical Guitar from within Notion it is grayed out. I can still select it but it makes no sound. Notion 5.2.381 64-bit. Windows 7, SP1.

What can I do?

Hi, two things to try:

1. Go to Preferences>Sounds>Samples Folder>Choose. Then hit Select Folder. This will rescan for samples

2. Go to Help>Software Activation. Check if Classical Guitar is listed. Click Receive Licences if not.

If no use, please create a support ticket from your my.presonus account, and we can troubleshoot with you futher
