Good afternoon.
We purchased Studio one 4 Professional.
We installed Demos and Tutorials and in the Start page window Demos and Tutorials is displayed, but after rebooting the Demos and Tutorials programs are not installed and are not displayed in the Start Page window.
And also after each restart of the program, I go to the Studio One Activation tab and again the program offers us to activate it, although before that we had already installed and activated the program.
Please tell me how you can solve this problem.

Login to your account on Presonus and get into My.Presonus.com. then check under the MyProducts. Select Studio One Professional and see what it shows for Activationsi. You can always deactivate the product on your device and start over. Copy your Product Key. Run Studio One, and activate your product online via the Studio One menu on the far left. Select, Studio One Activations... and go from there.

From the Studio One menu (far left), select Studio One Installation... and check the box next to Demos and Tutorials to re-install it.

We all did just that, but nothing helped.
Demos and tutorials after restarting the program do not appear in the Start Page window.

Goeiemiddag,  een probleem oplossen met upgrade en Activering blijft een behoorlijk  probleem?

het wilt niet Activeren, toch maar weer honderden euros weg,   Hulp is echter gewenst aub.
