I just got the Studio one 4 and tried to record and within seconds the entire screen is blocked with a cloudflare error 522 saying that the host has a problem. It says I don't have a problem though. It will continue recording, but I can't see anything to stop the recording. It does the same thing when I try to listen to anything I have recorded. I couldn't find a solution on Youtube or by googling it. Please help, I can't do anything with this new program.

Greetings,

Unless i'm wrong,
Cloudflare is a web protection system against various types of cyber-attacks etc.. kind like a firewall for web/servers.

You can have the issue because :
- you have an antivirus enabled blocking cloudflare related stuff ?
- you are located in a location / or with an IP, within a range that isn't whitelisted (i don't think its this, but could be if you are located somewhere special / using a network with specific IP masking, dynamic IP or those kind of things maybe ?
- could be from Presonus , but since i don't see other messages about this i don't think its this neither.

Hopefully support will be able to provide better support on this than me.

But i would investigate the antivirus/firewall options !

Kind regards,

Elliott S.

Btw, Studio One is great and i haven't experienced issues in 2 years on my side :)
