Question

So i got a the first faderport and it works fine other than the mechanical volume thing dosent seem to work and i got the 9v 2a dc and it still dont work. Ive also been told dont update the firmware and ive also been told to download the driver but i dont know how to do that. can you help and i have a windows 10 and already downloaded universal control
