I am trying to run Notion on an HP Z640 Workstation with an SSD drive, 16GB of DDR4 memory and an Nvidia Quadro K4200 video card.  The computer is running Windows 10 Professional 64-bit as it's OS.  This system has an additional hard drive (SATA HDD) where I've installed Notion 5.  The latest version of Notion 5 installed just fine.  When I tried to run it for the first time, it asked for the software key then it promptly crashed.  I've had no luck at all in getting the program to load on this machine.

Hi, please create a support ticket from your my.presonus account, so we can troubleshoot with you further. In the meantime, can you check you've got the latest build of Notion5 downloaded from your account (build 381) - this fixed a Windows10 issue. Also please let us know in the ticket which build of Windows10 is running on your machine.
