Have you checked your host file as well? Use the follow command in terminal and delete any entries related to presonus.

sudo nano /private/etc/hosts

After that, use ctrl+o to save it.

If you don't have any presonus entries in the host file, then there is something else blocking the connection.

I have the same problem. I have the host file clean and the windows 7 firewal disconnected, but there is no way to login in Studio ONe nor in Universal Control, I get the message "failed connect server please check internet connection again"
