I am on windows 10.

I can't import videos into studio one 4.

When I open the video player the black screen says : "Video Support Not Installed".

What do I miss? How can I install that "video support" ?

Please help!!!!!

Hi Astas,

Which version of Studio One are you using?

I am using studio one pro 4.
I don't think the version is the problem, I think that something is missing from my pc like a codec or something, because I recently formated it.
Before the format everything was fine (I was on winndows 7).

Make sure to activate video support in the advanced options. May the Lord bless you.

Did you figure your problem out yet? I have the same screen that 'fschmidt' showed you. I'm only guessing, but maybe you need the upgrade to 4.6. That is what I have. Good luck.

HI,

Did you try installing Quicktime on your PC ?  I used it a few years ago it was working well

Hi @ bobbycarroll , no I did not find a solution yet. I try using third party programs when I want to write music for videos.
Also @
cdricblanqui , I have installed quick time yes.
