I get this  message while claiming product key for melodyne

Exactly the same error here. I have a ticket open with support, They first redirected me to a common problem with the user in the windows vault, but which did not solve the issue. The ticker is pending, right now, I am waiting for more instructions.

Is there any solution? I am encountering the same issue. Error status 200 while activating S1 4 Pro.

This worked for me.... error 200.....

I struggled for a while, then found this out. In activation window I clicked drop down menu to show all product keys. That is when it popped up login info request window. Even though I was already logged in on browser it still needed my info.  I assume like I did, many copied registered product key from "products" tab on their presonus acct. page and tried to enter it that way.. didn't work for me. 

After entering email and password associated with Presonus acct. it brought up the product key, I clicked on it. It entered and it read 

Activation Successful!

i actually got the 200 error message, the install to/from menu then came up and froze.

I restarted my computer and tried to access the application and it said that I was authorized and the install began

Hi Friends I have the solution to the problem: 1 log in to the presaund site with your account 2 select the software product you want to activate 3 click on offline Activation (near upgrade in light blue) 4 a window opens 5 click Download license 6 copy 7 starts the software installation 8 select offline installation 9 paste the license into the window 10 start and enjoy ;)

1 accedi al sito presound con il tuo account

2 seleziona il prodotto software che vuoi attivare

3 clicca su offline Activation (vicino upgrate in colore azzurro)

4 si apre una finestra

5 clicca Download license

6 copia

7 avvia l'installazione del software

8 seleziona istallazione offline

9 incolla nella finestra la licenza

10 avvia e divertiti ;)
