Hello,

I recently received a product key for Studio One Artist. It registered properly, and I downloaded the Studio One Launcher. Upon opening the launcher, my account wasn't recognized, so I remade an account from the same email as the first. Now, my purchased key isn't showing up on my account, and I keep getting a server error 200 locking me out of Studio One.

How do I resolve this? Is my first account lost? I can't register the key again, cause it says it's already been used by me on an account with the same email, so I can't even access the launcher download. What can I do?
