Question

I have just bought and installed Studio One 4 using it on a MacBook Pro with OS X El Capitan version 10.11.6.  I bought the Audiobox USB 96 interface and have a Vocal Mic and Instrument plugged in which I seem to be able to record and hear through my headphones as I record and show me a wave as I record however when I try to Play it back I hear nothing.  There is no sound for playback through the MacBook Pro speakers?

Hi,

If you can record trough the Audiobox then thats probably where the output from Studio One is routed. The Macbook Speakers will not be in use. Have you tried listening trough the MainOut or Phones connectors on the back of the Audiobox?

If you want to use the inputs of the Audiobox in combination with the internal speakers of the Macbook you can set up an aggregate device in OSX audio and midi preferences.
