I am trying to record using the Audiobox USB 96 with Studio One 4 on my Macbook pro (OS X El Capitan). I have never recorded music before so I'm still figuring things out, but there seems to be a problem with the software not recording input from a mic. Before I press record, I can see the levels and that the audio is being picked up in Studio One, but as soon as I hit the record button, the track is a flat line and there is clearly no audio being recorded. I was able to successfully record a guitar track using the audiobox and I have double checked that the correct input is selected, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Any tips? I appreciate any insight!
