Move unhide tracks to a new eye button next to the 'Show Automation' button at top of track list

Unhiding tracks shouldn't be hidden in the track list.

Please give us a new eye button right next to the 'Show Automation' button at the top of the tracks, then have the hide/unhide dots appear next to the tracks.
