Question

How do I get double left click on a selection of audio in track where left and right are marked, to highlight selected areaso DELETE will delete that section like  Pro Tools?

In Studio One, you can use the smart tool and highlight a range and then split it by double-clicking when your mouse has a + cursor toward the top of the clip.

Sorry. I appreciate that but not what I was asking. On Pro Tools you can double click on audo that has a left and right edit mark and hit delete and it takes out the highlighted section.

So the steps I gave you are the best I can do. Studio One does not use Edit Marks. We highlight regions and then edit.
