We have a StudioLive 32.4.2AI at our studio and we have been using it for recording and shows with great success.

But, I’m trying to setup my phone and an iPad to mix wirelessly.  On my phone, it says I have to register a products

When I enter the serial number, it says the product is already registered.

What do I need to do in order to give my phone accesss to use the Mixing software?

You need to install QMix-UC from the Google Play or Apple App Store on your mobile device.

Connect the phone / tablet to the same router the mixer is connected to. In this case the mixer should be connected to the router with an Ethernet cable. Connecting wirelessly to the same router will allow the mixer to see it in list of available devices to grant permission too.

The permissions can be set either on the mixer or through UC Surface.

In the mixer / UC Surface for the mixer go to device permissions and find the wireless device in the mixer display and grant permission and what level of access that device can have.
