Can't register my ATOM; "invalid serial number"

I try to register my ATOM and get the necessary software but I get an "invalid serial number" error on the registration page. The SN is correct. I tried looking through the Knowledge Base and I see a lot of other people had the same barrier to registering but I do not see any solutions, except one entry that reads "Please contact Support for your issue." (https://answers.presonus.com/50099/brand-new-presonus-eris-studio-monitor-serial-number-invalid)

I called phone support but just wound up getting disconnected after waiting on hold for several minutes. I called the sales line and just get bumped back to the main number. I suspect there are no people working because of COVID. 

Please help if you have an answer or work for PRESONUS. Thanks.

SOLVED

I got through to phone support and they told me to register using the SN for the bundle rather than for the individual modules. They registered the bundle for me (ATOM Producers Lab) and the registration works, the bundle and related software appears in my.presonus.com user page.
