Can an MP3 track be played through an Mic/Inst/Line input on the Presonus 24C?

Only hearing about half of the vocal/instrument tracks on headphone output when playing an MP3 through the Mic/Inst/Line input of the Presonus 24C? Can the Presonus 24C be used for simple play alongs to MP3s?
