Question

Using SM-58 that has been working fine.  Now with 24c there is only an extremely weak (unusable) signal.  MIDI I/O appears fine.

I have installed Universal Control, although I believe it is not necessary in Catalina.

Same here, except I’m getting extremely weak signal with guitar that has battery powered pickup. My config is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, software is Mixcraft 9.

Same here, it's like the input 'rotary knob' is a switch between 'on' and 'off'. Only when it's at his highest level it gives a satisfying input signal....... No subtile diffecrences can be made. (is this what they call 'there's no headroom'?)

I'm working with an Rode NT1A mike (yes, phantompower is 'on') and the presonus is new. Installed software on windows as well as mac......

Anyone?
