I just bought Presonus usb 96 and Studio One Artist should be included.

i only get Studio One Prime.

Even if I try to download Artist from the page with my products where it is.

what can be wrong and what shall I do?

You should have been given a product key for Artist when you registered your USB 96.
It should show up on your my.presonus account under my products.

Copy that number, open S1, to to studio one\studio one activation in the file menus. Paste the number and click activate,.
