Registration of my Eris Boxes does not work

When registering the Eris boxes, I keep getting the message that the registration number does not match. While I activated Studion One, I was asked to register the Eris boxes. Unfortunately, the browser crashed at this point and I could no longer find the path where I could register the boxes. How can / should I do this? If I enter the number for the boxes when selecting Activate hardware, the program tells me that the number is invalid.
