Question

Does anyone know where I can get an AVB option card for an RM16AI mixer (SL-AVB-MIX)?  I bought a CS18AI control surface and would like to take advantage of the I/O local to the surface.  I cannot find the option card in any of the supply houses or anywhere on the internet.  Thanks.
