Hi

Did this get resolved, if so then what was the fix?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I raised a support ticket over 2 weeks ago including a system report but so far I still haven't had any response.

I would say that if you made a support ticket 2 weeks ago and there's not been a software update released since then, it's still the same software that you reported two weeks ago.

 

Wait for the next update and try it again, if you think it's a bug.
