PreSonus Ceres C4.5BT were they supplied with 1/4 balanced trs to rca plug? mine has broken off can they be replaced?

I am not sure if my Ceres c4.5bt was supplied with a subwoofer adapter to a single rca or not.  It has broken off while in place.  can it be replaced?
