I have PreSonus AudioBox 96 and pair Eris E5 studio monitor. My problem is I can't hear any sound from my studio monitors. I'm barely sure it's about frequency but I can't fix it. I can hear windows opening sound so it's not a techical problem and I listened some musics I know they're works pretty well. I tried to optimize windows frequency numbers and DAW frequency numbers but it doesn't work. I can't watch YouTube because it's freezing and I can't listen songs on Spotify.
