Using the 2018 Faderport with Mac Logic Pro X version 10.4. macOS Catalina 10.15. 5
Installed the Universal Control App - updated the firmware on the Faderport.
Ran the boot-up procedure on the Faderport to select Logic mode.
Faderport shows up in Logic Pro X and works as advertised for a few days.
Today it freezes - no buttons or controls work any more - even though Logic is still running ok, and can be controlled from the Mac keyboard.
Power cycle the Faderport - still frozen.
Quit and re-launch Logic - Faderport still frozen.
Reboot Faderport with setup process for Logic - still frozen
Reboot Faderport with setup process for default (Not Logic) - Play/Stop/Loop/Record buttons now work.
Reboot Faderport with setup process for Logic - still frozen
Shut down everything - reset firmware on Faderport - Then reboot in Logic mode - power everything back on - works as advertised in Logic again.
What's going on here? Anyone else seen this behavior?
