Question

So i bought the Audiobox itwo studio. I have a windows 8 (or 10) laptop. The box didnt come with the usb drivers so i have tried downloading the latest version from the presonus website. Each time i try to install it, it says...(see the image). How do i fix this?

Please try the full uninstall/reinstall guide:

You will also want to try connecting to different USB ports.

You can not have other audio/media-related software open when trying to install drivers.

If you're still unable to install the drivers please open a support ticket by going to your my.presonus.com account and clicking on "Support".
